Trainings:

We offer ongoing monthly trainings to our foster parents. Our commitment is to children and their well being, so all foster parent trainings are open to any parents wishing to enhance their own skills as well.

Trainings we have offered in the past 6 months are:

       1. Dealing with children who have been exposed to Domestic Violence

       2. Recognizing and working with children who have been sexually abused

       3. Bonding and attachment with children.

           How to help the children to regain  what was lost in early childhood.

       4. Rules and Regulations

       5.Working with challenging behaviors

       6. Foster parents sharing what works for them

       7. Eliminating Tantrums

       8. Mental Health First Aid
